At my place you learn, free from everyday pressure, to give your body what it requires: no stress, discrete and individual. Part of my holistic training philosophy is the one-to-one attention. The studio and equipment are suitable for heights up to 2.2 meters and weights up to 300 kg. For necessary vitamin and energy supply during training I offer fresh organic fruit and energetically treated water.

Towels and your personal shower and changing area are part of the service offered, as well as an infrared warmth cabin. Flexible timings, even on weekends and holidays, make it certain that you can train according to your time convenience. In front of the studio we have free parking spots.
